Kellogg Full-Time MBA Program
The American Culture and English Program (ACE) is now in its second week and we are delighted to have this group of International students on campus. The ACE Program is attended by 20-30 students each year from a variety of countries. The program is four weeks long and provides incoming students with a chance to acclimate themselves to American culture. Before KWEST trips and orientation begins, it’s great for students to get grounding in American culture. Workshops on business writing and etiquette as well as social outings in downtown Chicago are all elements of the program. This week, students attended a White Sox game and heard the Chicago Symphony Orchestra play at Ravinia, an outdoor concert venue. Summer in Chicago is magnificent, for those of you that may have only been here in the winter you would be in for quite a treat, and the students in the ACE program have a unique opportunity to experience the city and the campus before they get immersed in the academic year.
The following webpage provides information on this year’s ACE program. http://www.scs.northwestern.edu/pdp/npdp/ace/ Stay tuned for updates on what’s in store for summer 2010!
