The Kellogg Executive MBA Program has always empowered students to maximize their leadership potential. Our new Executive Career Acceleration Program (ECAP) sets an even higher standard for career growth and development.

ECAP zeros in on the knowledge and skills that will differentiate our graduates, and then refines them through an intensive, highly personalized program of assessment and development. Through ECAP, our students now have access to resources previously available only to senior staff in major corporations. Our goal is to give you an undeniable professional advantage throughout your career.

The Kellogg Career Management Center designed ECAP in partnership with a division of Korn/Ferry International their Leadership and Talent Development Consulting Group, to complement Kellogg’s challenging curriculum.

Deepen your sense of self-awareness. You’ll receive two personal assessments, including a 360° survey that will help you understand others’ perceptions of you. You’ll also receive personalized feedback and coaching from a Korn/Ferry leadership consultant.
Build the strength, agility and resilience you need for sustainable career performance. Our leadership agility workshop will give you a better understanding of how to achieve and accelerate career success. Address potential gaps and build targeted skills.
Prepare to seek and assume higher levels of leadership throughout your career. Develop your skills in workshops with experts from Korn/Ferry and the Kellogg Career Management Center.

Lifelong Career Support
Career Coaching	Career coaching is available to all students. Students are eligible for self-assessment, internal career management and coaching on a full range of topics (including career strategies, résumé and cover letter-writing, networking, interviewing and evaluating employment offers).
Self-assessment	A range of self-assessment tools are offered at no cost to all Executive MBA students, and a career coach is available to discuss the results.
Career Management Workshops	A select number of career management workshops on topics of general interest to all students are scheduled as part of our Executive MBA program during the academic year.
Job Postings	Kellogg maintains an active network of employers who routinely and at no cost to them post jobs on our internal Web site. Executive MBA students have free, immediate access to these postings. Students are also encouraged to post their firms’ professional opportunities on this site.
Alumni Directory	All Executive MBA students have immediate access to the Kellogg Alumni Directory, a valuable resource of networking contacts for industry and company information.
