Students travel to Evanston on Friday morning, classes are held Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. Accommodations are provided at the Allen Center on Friday nights with an option to stay Staurday night. Tutorials and study group meetings take place during the weekend.
Students attend three courses per quarter for a total of six quarters over two years. This Schedule begins in January and ends two years later in December of the following year. Students attend a week-long live-in session in January, June and August of their first year, and June of their second year, with breaks for summer in both years.

Typical class times are Friday 1:00 pm - 4:30/6:00 pm, and Saturday 8:30 am - 4:30/6:00 pm. Tutorials will be held on Friday and Saturday after classes end. Online tutorials are held mid-week. A typical class morning includes two 90 minute academic sessions. A typical class afternoon includes two to three 90 minute academic sessions, often followed by optional 90 minute tutorials. |
