For those applicants who have submitted an application for fall 2012 through ApplyYourself  and received an email confirmation from the Kellogg School of Management that the application was received, you are able to check your application status online through the Graduate Admissions Tracking System (GATS).

To access GATS, applicants should use Firefox as their Web browser.  Then applicants will enter their application number and email address in the appropriate text fields and click Login.

GATS allows you to track the following items:

• Application, which includes uploads:  transcripts, statement of purpose, resume, etc. 
• Recommendation Letters
• Official Test Scores (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, and IELTS)
• Application Complete Status
• Decision – While you cannot view the decision in GATS, the system will note whether a decision has been made and then refer you to ApplyYourself to view that decision. To access this feature in ApplyYourself, the same pin number and password is used from the application. If the pin number and password were forgotten, the "Search" feature may be used in the User Login box to obtain that information.
