Tuition Payment/Financial Aid
The 2011-2012 tuition rate is $5,332.00 per 1 unit course or $2,666.00 per ½ unit course.
To View and Print Your Bill
Log in to QuikPAY®, Northwestern’s eBill & ePAY service. Log in through CAESAR, Northwestern’s secure gateway to online student services, with your Northwestern NetID and password, at www.northwestern.edu/caesar/: CAESAR>For Students>Financial Services>View My E-Bill & E-Payment. Your Summer Quarter 2012 bill will be available online on June 10, 2012. The due date is July 1, 2012.
The payment of tuition can be made two ways:
1. Direct Payment to Student Accounts:
- Check or money order made payable to Northwestern University can be mailed to Student Financial Services at 710 N. Lake Shore Drive, Chicago, IL 60611 by July 1, 2012. A fee of $150.00 will be charged for late payments made to Student Accounts after July 1, 2012. April
- Check/bank card and credit card (American Express, Discover and MasterCard) payments can be made via QuickPay, Northwestern University's eBill and ePay service on or before July 1, 2012. *Note that there will be a 2.75% service fee for all online credit card payments.
- Login to CAESAR with your NetID and password. Go to CAESAR > For Students > Financial Services > View My E-Bill & E-Payment. Any questions regarding QuikPay should be directed to Student Financial Services at (312) 503-8503. A fee of $150.00 will be charged for late payments made to Student Accounts after July 1, 2012.
- Guest Access for Parents/Others: Students may give permission to their guests (parents or other individuals) to view e-bills and pay tuition online by adding them to the CAESAR Guest Center. Students login to CAESAR with NetID and password, then: CAESAR > Main Menu > GuestAccess > Add Guest.
2. Credit Card (Visa/MC only) Payment at the Part-Time MBA Office
Payment of tuition by credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) can only be made IN-PERSON* in the Part-Time MBA Program office on the 2nd Floor Mezzanine, on or before June 23, 2012. You will need your student ID number. See Credit Card Payment schedule below. *NOTE: The card must be presented at the time of payment. Payments will not be taken via fax or over the phone under any circumstances.

Payment of tuition by credit card MUST be made IN-PERSON in the Part-Time MBA Program office on 2nd Floor Mezzanine of 340 East Superior Street. ONLY MasterCard or VISA will be accepted at the PTMBA Program office. You do NOT need to present your tuition bill when paying by credit card, but you must print your student ID number on the credit card payment slip (this number can be found on your Wildcard).
PLEASE NOTE: The Part-Time MBA Program office will not process credit card payment of tuition after Saturday, June 23rd.
Refund Dates
Spring 2012 Quarter Refund Dates
April 2 - April 12: 1/4 tuition charged
April 13 - May 1: 1/2 tuition charged
May 2 and after: Full tuition charge
Summer 2012 Quarter dates will be forthcoming.
Note regarding refunds: Any requests for refunds on payments that were made via credit card in the Part-Time MBA Program office will be credited back to the credit card.
