Timing

The Datathon pre-session will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM and on Thursday, June 23rd from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The Skills Workshop will be held on Thursday, June 23rd from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The General Session starts on Friday, June 24th at 8:00 AM and ends on Sunday, June 26th at 1:00 PM.

Flights Into Chicago:
Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is the nearest airport, located approximately 16 miles (a 35 – 50 minute drive) from the Northwestern University Campus and the Hilton Orrington Hotel.  
The Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is a second, less convenient, option, located approximately 25 miles from the Northwestern University Campus and the Hilton Orrington Hotel.

Check-in

Conference check-in will be held at the Jacobs Center from 8:30AM-6:00 PM on Thursday, June 23 (for Pre-Session, including Datathon and Workshops) and from 8:00AM-6:00 PM on Friday, June 24. For those available to check-in on Thursday afternoon, we encourage you to do so to help alleviate check-in delays Friday morning before the Opening remarks begin at 8:30.

Casual attire is appropriate for all days of the conference.
