The curriculum will consist of the following components:
1. A professional development project (such as a new course, upgrade of an existing course, development of a new curriculum) that is developed prior to the residential module with onlinefeedback from coaches and faculty.
2. A mini MBA where faculty will discuss the core components of an MBA including strategy, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, economics, accounting and operations using a variety of pedagogical elements.
