The Kellogg School of Management offers 40+ doctoral seminars in a given year. These courses, which are rooted in statistics, theory, peer-reviewed literature, and research methodology, are taught by faculty who are acknowledged experts in their fields. With enrollments ranging from 3 to 20+ students, these seminars provide natural opportunities for discussion and the exchange of ideas.
Doctoral courses offered at the Kellogg School fall into six categories:
Additionally, Kellogg’s innovative curriculum responds to current research trends and theories, so it is not uncommon for a class to be offered that addresses a particular area of study or research expertise of a professor who may be visiting the Kellogg School for a year. For instance, three such seminars were offered in political economy, experimental economics, and negotiations.
Below are listed doctoral seminars offered by the Kellogg School of Management for the 2009-2010 academic year. Specific course information is available within Kellogg’s
