Graduating members of the Part-Time MBA program bestowed Professor of the Year award on a faculty member each year from 1989 through 1994. In 1994, the award was combined with the Professor of the Year for the Full-Time MBA program and named in honor of Professor Lawrence G. Lavengood on the occasion of his retirement from the Kellogg School faculty.
