Maxim Sytch is a lecturer in the Department of Management & Organizations. His research focuses on how networks of collaborative and conflictual interorganizational relationships emerge and subsequently shape firms’ behavior and performance. It has been published or is forthcoming in leading journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, California Law Review, California Management Review, Consumer Finance Law Quarterly, Managerial and Decision Economics, Sloan Management Review, and the Wall Street Journal. He is a regular reviewer for Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science as well as for Business Policy & Strategy and Organizational & Management Theory Divisions of the Academy of Management, where he was recognized as the best reviewer in 2002–2007. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the American Sociological Association, and the Strategic Management Society.
