Professor Craig Bradley is a Lecturer of Business Law at the Kellogg School of Management. Professor Bradley teaches Business Law for Entrepreneurs.

Professor Bradley is a Partner at Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP and is a Director of the Illinois Information Technology Association.  He is one of the Co-Founders and a Director of the Wildcat Angels.  Professor Bradley is listed as one of the top Chicago lawyers in the private equity practice area in The Chambers USA Guide, a prestigious register of the nation's top attorneys.

Mr. Bradley graduated cum laude from Indiana University with a J.D. degree, where he was a member of the Indiana Law Journal, and graduated summa cum laude from Elmhurst College with a B.S. degree in Finance.

This course counts toward the following major: Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

This course provides the would-be entrepreneur with a working knowledge of certain essential substantive areas of the law and the ability to work with and use lawyers effectively. The focus is on the practical legal considerations in forming and sustaining an entrepreneurial enterprise, including entity organization, not-for-profit securities laws, employment benefits, financing, taxation and intellectual property law.
