Social Impact Newsletter  /  Fall 2016

Greetings!
We’re setting out to send these quarterly updates about what’s exciting in the realm of Social Impact, and we welcome your feedback on our inaugural newsletter.

Megan Kashner

My name is Megan Kashner and I’ve been here at Kellogg as Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Social Impact since mid-January. You can read more about me and about Kellogg’s approach to social impact in a student blog post here, a Kellogg article here or an Equities.com piece here.

Here’s one quote that sums up our refreshed approach:

[ We know that when leaders bring their values into their career paths, they are positioning themselves to make a difference. Our students and alumni are interested in finding ways they can contribute to their communities and society, and the social impact team is here to support them. ]

To explore all things impact more thoroughly, visit Kellogg’s new Social Impact website which provides a range of information about curriculum, experiential learning, social entrepreneurship, impact investing, student activities and competitions, alumni spotlights, career exploration and more.

Best,

Megan Kashner ‘03
